How the frames are made Our frames are handmade individually with each piece of solid pine carefully handpicked. Each frame is painted using only quality paints and then distressed to add a delicious patina in one of 10 different hues. Our distressing methods add to the peculiarity of each frame leaving no two exactly the same.
How they arrive All frames arrive completely assembled. In order to keep our shipping rates the lowest possible we do not include glass or backing. We have found having our prints mounted and sprayed with a luster coating and then framing without glass is ideal as there is no glare and the coating protects the print while still allowing it to breath. However, should you desire glass, your local frame or glass shop can provide you with it.
Options Each frame can be ordered in any one of our 10 delicious colors. Frames that include trim can be made with an additional color for the trim. Coordinate or contrast the trim with the base - it’s your choice!
Custom colors Custom colors can be requested when accompanied with a color sample. There is an additional fee for all custom orders and due to inherent qualities of paint we cannot guarantee the color will match perfectly with the sample provided.
Sample kits Sample kits are available for purchase. They include the various frame corners and base widths along with color cards. Please inquire for details.
Frame styles include: Savannah The design of the Savannah Frame consists of straight lines with a solid bold structure. This simple style is very becoming in any décor. The Savannah can be made with a four inch or a six inch base. The Savannah can also be ordered with a straight lined contrasting trim. The width of the trim is one inch wide.
Augusta The base of the Augusta frame consists of the same straight lines and bold structure of the Savannah but the Augusta is uniquely adorned with an ornamental floral trim with a nostalgic appeal. The Augusta is available in a four inch or a six inch base with the trim being 1and 1/4 inches wide.
Atlanta The Atlanta frame is a heavy pine augmented with a gradient outer edge. This curvaceous slope adds a lavish dimension to the frame while giving it a flush appearance when hung. The Atlanta is available in a four inch or a six inch base.
Marietta This pilaster style frame with its depth and definition is a lighter thinner frame than all the others yet, what it lacks in weight it makes up for in detail. This frame is available in a three inch or a five inch base.

Blended frames If you have purchased a sample kit you may have noticed how well the different frame styles look when two are stacked. You may purchase these “blended” frames however you like.
Add a four inch vintage rose Atlanta frame style on top of a six inch linen white Savannah frame style and you’ve got a stunning combination (see image below). Or try a Marietta in spoiled pink blended with a four inch Savannah in mint julep for a dainty yet shabby chic look (example below). Blend any combination you want….the choices are endless!
